RETURN POLICY

1.What if my product is faulty?

The products that we supply to you must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If your product is not as per description, you are entitled to a repair or a replacement.

If the damage can’t be fixed, or if it hasn’t been fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can get some or all of your money back.

If you can show the your product is damaged or not to description and we haven’t used reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation.

You must tell us about any issue as soon as reasonably possible by contacting us using the contact details set out in How can I contact you? below.

 

For all products: we offer a 15-day trial (except personalized products)

 

Put this product to the test and make sure it’s right for you. We know you’ll love it, but if you don’t, just send it back for a full refund, or exchange it for any other TOM LANG LONDON product.


The 15 Days Trial, returns, or exchanges are not applicable on personalized/engraved products as they are made to order.

 

Please note that return will be accepted only with the original packaging along with the invoice copy you received at the time of order placement.

2.Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 15 days without giving a reason and get a full refund.

3.How long do I have to cancel my order?

You have 15 days from the date of your order confirmation email.

4.How can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, you must let us know. You can do this by:

  • contacting us by email, post or telephone using the contact details provided in How can I contact you? below, or

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your cancellation request before the 15-day cancellation period has expired.

5.What is the refund process and when will you issue the refund?

We will refund all payments received from you within 7 -10 days of your cancellation request.

Depending on the mode of payment and bank policies it may take a longer than expected to credit the refund money to your account. 

In case it is taking longer than 7 to 10 working days, please contact us and we will fix it as soon as possible.

Please note that return will be accepted only with the original packaging along with the invoice copy you received at the time of order placement.

6.How will you refund me?

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used when you placed your order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

In any case, you won’t incur any fees as a result of the refund.
